Ball Holder Chair Thingy

We have a ball at work that we pass around the office to share. I can use it for about half a day, then I need to go back to my regular office chair. The reason is – I can’t sit still on it.. I’m bouncing and boppin’ around like a little kid! I know it’s distracting to my co-workers; but they get a chuckle out of it. After a few hours, my legs have definitely gotten a work out!

Have you ever used one of these balls? Do you also find yourself boppin’ around on it?

    Oh wow, I would so like a go with one of these! Where can i get one? Would it be cleared in the office by the HSE, after all, one is not supposed to have fun at one’s desk is one!

    It is called Gaiam and it is available from Amazon.com for about 80 bux. That is a bargain for a cheap chair, but you might want to keep a regular office chair nearby, and it’s no good if you are above average height.
